Lea Studied at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where she received her Bachelors of Architecture with a minor in Architectural Engineering.

Following graduation, she moved to Orange County where she worked at LPA Design Studios in their K-12 Education Group. After her time with LPA, she joined Backen & Backen in Montecito to work on their high-end residential projects around the central coast. From these experiences, Lea found her passion in expressing beauty through the technical side of architecture.

She believes that to create great architecture, design must be people-centric with the openness for creative, honest dialogue.
