Working with SYSPRO America (a software development company, providing integrated business software including accounting, manufacturing and distribution operations) on their recent Headquarter relocation – we were able to successfully transition them from a dated facility into a 1st generation flagship office space.
We worked intensely with C-Suite leadership to understand the current challenges and future growth aspirations as their business experienced rapid change and diversification.
With many legacy employees to cater for, we created new workplace guidelines and office standards to allow leadership to roll out a new workplace methodology, stepping away from the traditional cube and office environment.
An emphasis was created around building and enhancing an already thriving office culture. Unique break rooms, coffee bars, and collaboration areas were paramount to the success of this new office space.
