Located in El Segundo, Haus Labs’ new Headquarter location sits within a recently converted retail building, allowing for access to ample outdoor amenity spaces, and for ease of access for clients and staff. Tall ceilings and dramatic exterior glazing were critical program components for the company’s product testing and research groups allowing them access to as much natural light as possible.
Large gathering and collaboration areas sit adjacent to the outdoor spaces, with operable doors allowing users to spill out to the exterior seating areas. Custom millwork pieces were designed and fabricated, functioning as space dividers throughout, as well as functional and practical areas for product to be stored, in addition to creating casual meeting spaces.
