A commercial interior build out for CommerceWest Bank.
The 22,000 sf space is split over two floors and is the Bank’s new Headquarter location, home to 100 employees.
The office space was not only a place for bank employees to reside but also a place for customers to visit for in-person consultations. The client-facing reception area and conference rooms were designed to be inviting, and tell the company’s brand story.
The open office areas are flanked with walls painted with a custom mural commissioned by a local artist who was tasked with telling the bank’s story and purpose in a visual medium. Corridor lighting and custom colored ceiling tiles differentiate open office areas from circulation routes.
The executive lobby on the 4th floor features a large board room with a custom wood louvered ceiling satisfying both aesthetic and acoustic requirements.
Adjacent to the executive lobby is the bank’s staff break room area that features walnut cabinetry, a large gathering island, and access to natural light, creating a clean and inviting place for employees to gather.
