We successfully transformed an existing commercial office space in Irvine, CA into the upscale new headquarters of IRA Capital. Our primary goal was to create a sophisticated environment capable of hosting high-profile clientele, while also offering a comfortable and functional workspace for employees.

Striking a balance between spacious private offices and additional open workstations, we recognized the importance of incorporating large office storefronts to promote workplace transparency and provide equitable access to natural daylight for all employees. The space truly shines through its meticulous attention to detail. Elevated finishes, custom framed artwork, specialty lighting, and bespoke steel storefronts were selectively placed throughout, resulting in a genuinely special office space that exudes a refined coastal style.

A notable highlight is the custom feature wall in the main conference room inspired by the nearby Saddleback Mountain range, infusing the workplace with the energy of the surrounding landscape. The café embraces natural light and warm neutrals, offering a bright and relaxed atmosphere for team members to gather and work outside of the more traditional open office setting. These details combined with the darker, rich colors and textures used in the conference rooms and offices give IRA Capital the perfect home base to represent their distinguished brand.
