Collectors, the industry leader in third-party authentication of collectibles, approached us to revamp their office space and behind-the-scenes operations after experiencing years of significant growth. As the first phase of three, this build-out served as a pilot space for the much larger phases two and three coming on its heels.

Working within the existing building conditions that included recently installed carpet, paint, and ceilings, our goal was to create a warmer and more inviting environment. This was achieved by developing a neutral palette that worked with the existing conditions, while introducing new lighting elements, natural wood details, and colorful brand-focused artwork and graphics applied to the walls throughout.

Following the space planning and material selection success in phase one, which received widely positive feedback from employees and the Collectors corporate team, similar strategies have been used in the design of phases two and three. The second phase is currently under construction with program including the upgrade of the Collectors office space, operation and product processing, a security hub, shipping facilities, and a large dual-function dining hall and all-hands space for the campus’ employees.
